What Does 2.5cm Hypodensity In The Liver On A CT Scan Indicate?

I had a CT done of my chest in 2012 for PVCs; I just viewed the result the other day out of curiosity----basically said everything negative except for: 2.5cm hypodensity in the liver in the caudate region probably resenting a cyst characterized further with impression at sonography . I was never told this and of course never had a US done to confirm or follow up. My doctor just retired (therefore I don t have one now). Should I be concerned or need to follow up? Keri
