What Does 30% Motility In Semen Test Report Imply?

i am a male guy and i am 31 years old. i just got married about 8 months ago and of recent went did a semen test and the result was not encouraging. the result was motilty 30% active, 40% sluggish, 30% dead. and mophology 60% active and 40% passive. i dont know if there is still hope for me to father any baby.
