What Does AVM In Left Caudete Nucleus And Left Corpus Stratium Mean?

I have completed a ct scan of my brain, due to my doctors interpretation of my saying I get a headache with the flu a couple times a year or less. The ct scan shows an AVM of 3.6mm in diameter in the left caudete nucleus and theleft corpus stratium. All other surrounding abnormalities. If I was born with this and I am now 56 years old how worrisome should I be that this needs further attention? [female 56 ]
