What Does Ct Scan Report Which Shows Minimal Free Fluid In The Cul De Sac Indicate?

CT scan report:
A small low dense non enhancing cystic lesion measures 2.3 x 2.0 cm in size eeen in the right ovary.
Minimal right hydrasalphinx seen, size 1.8 x 1.3 cm, could be due to chronic PID, correlate clinically.
Minimal free fluid noted in the Cul de sac.
Patient history:
Married, three childrens- all normal (natural) delivery.
Done family planning by endoscopy five years back
Done appendis operation by endoscopy three years back.
Small Cyst in the right ovary is from two years back.
Having intermediately infection problem
Having pain in right shoulder, right hand, right side body above hip.
Having pain in right side abdomen.
Today going to consult the gynagologist.
