What Does Opacification Of The Residual Mastoid Air Cells In The Mastoid Mean?

I have Ménière s disease 6 years in LHS. Had a labrynthectomy last October. diagnosed Bilateral in December. I have recently had Hemaphelic Migraines with stroke like symptoms. Had to have a ct scan and MRI. Reports say Opacification of the residual mastoid air cells in the mastoid tip noted on the left. I do get constant pain in this ear and have a large pronounced lump Behind the ear just above the ear lobe. What does my repot mean.
