What does it mean when a report reads, Both ADNEXAE are unremarkable, Both OVARIES were not visualized, ENDOMETRIAL lining is Obliterated, there is no fluid noted in the pouch of Douglas and the Urinary bladder wall is of normal thickness and No vesical calculus seen. Thank you
