What Does "Particular, There Is A Large Sclerotic Focus In

What does "Particular, there is a large sclerotic focus in L3 vertebral body with mild pathologic compression involving the posterior aspect of the superior endplate with associated Schmorl's node at this level" mean??? I have Stage IV osseous metastatic breast cancer...spread to my bones. I had a ct scan and my regular dr was not available and I'm trying to understand my report.
