What Does RBC Count Of 11.2 Indicate And Being Diagnosed With Autoimmune Hepatitis?

At night, while I m laying down, I can feel my heart/pulse racing in my throat and sometimes in the middle of my chest. I experienced the same thing last year and my red blood count was down to 4.3, so they admitted me to the hospital for a transfusion. This year my count has gone up to 11.2. I have autoimmune hepatitis; if that is a symptom.
