What Does US Findings Of Free Fluid Near Right Adnexa

What does US findings of free fluid near right adnexa mean when both ovaries have been removed and uterus remains. I have been on HRT since surgery to remove left ovary in April 2016. I have more than one period a month as well as random spotting and pain on the right side which seems to be the same as the pain I experienced with both cysts before they twisted the tube and had to be surgically removed. Both of my previous cysts were teratomas. I have a follow up scheduled in 2 weeks but couldn't find any info out there about this to ease my mind until then. I also experience cyclical symptoms that seem as if I'm having an actual period, ovulation symptoms (I know impossible) bloating, PMS, breast swelling and tenderness? So confused!
