What Does WBC Count Of 10.4 Indicate?

i was wondering what does it mean if my white blood count is at 10.4 my sed rate at 35 my basophils at .2 and my co2 at 30,,,, i have diabetes, fibromyalgia iam in moderate chronic kidney disease, and liver counts in august were also really bad, what would you think
