What Does A USG Report Of A Filling Defect In The Proximal Left Fallopian Tube Indicate?

Hello can you please tell me what all this means, it’s my HSG results..The intrauterine cavity is normal in appearance without filling defect seen. The right fallopian tube fills normally and is demonstrating normal caliber with faint intraperitoneal spill suspected on delayed images. There is a filling defect seen within the proximal aspect of the left fallopian tube with no residual filling seen beyond the isthmus. There is also no free intraperitoneal spill identified on the left. This was despite repositioning and reinsertion of the catheter in order to confirm adequate bolus of contrast.
