What Does A Blemish On Gallbladder Indicate?

I had a test a few months ago because of digestion all problems all my organs looked great but they found a spot on my gallbladder I went back three months later and had a MRI with contrast. My doctor called me and told me that the spot they found was not to worry about it is a blemish she said that the radiologist suggested I go back in 3 months I will be going back next month. Is this normal if it is just a blemish to go back? Should I be worrying?
