What Does A Blister Around Corner Of Eyes Indicate?

I have blister or pimple looking thing in the corner of my eye, my doctor said to wash with a soft toothbrush and johnson & johnson no more tears but this hurts, can you give me any other ideas, this has been since nov last year, was on right eye now on left eye, thank you
