What Does A Bruise On Inner Thigh Indicate?

I ve had a bruise the last couple of days that appeared on my upper, inner thigh. I can t remember anything happening to cause the bruise and I ve had a few like it in the past, though I do bruise easily. It s a straight line about five inches long, and a little splotchy. Is there anything to be concerned about?
