What Does A Bubble In Vein Inside Elbow Crease Indicate?

inside the crease of my elbow is the vein I always use to draw blood- today there is a big bubble in the vein.. it doesn't hurt but I haven't felt great for a few days- chills off and on and I don't know if it is related or if I should be worried about this unusual bubble
