Uterus: is slightly bulky, non- gravid and anteverted with homogeneous endometrium measuring about 84 × 58 ×68 mm for longitudinal AP and Transverse diameter. The uterine outline is regular and consistent. The endometrial cavity is thickened to about 11mm in diameter in consistent with endometrial hyperplasia. Cervix is closed. Both ovaries are normal in size. Significant fluid collection seen in the POD. The urinary bladder is distended with clear lumialcontent.
