What Does A Bump Outside Anal Opening Indicate?

I have a small, flesh toned bump about an 1/8th inch away from my anus. Its on the outside and its only irritated at all if I put pressure on it or rub it. I ve never noticed it before but it has been there for about a week now for sure. It doesn t look irritated or infected, there has been no puss or anything leaking out of it, its just an odd bump.
