What Does A Feeling Of Vomiting And Diarrhea In The Night Suggest?

I have been waking in middle of night with the feeling of vomiting and or diarria but when I sit on the toilet nothing come and nothing happens but bad cramping in my upper stomach and then I get really fatigued and sweat very bad then I will shake like I am really cold. Then I usually have to crawl back to bed and I finally go back to sleep. I had an appt. with dr this week but he had to reschedule. I am really concerned this, has happened around two years ago but now it is happening more often now.
