What Does A Flat Black Mole On Hip Indicate?

i have a black flat but lifted because i picked it out of worry mole looking thing on my left hip.. im concerned and worried because i had unprotected sex like last week with not a consistant partner. im going to the doctor next week but want some feed back i dont know what to do other then worry till then
