What Does A Good Choriodecidual Reaction Mean At 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy With A Yolk Sac Seen But No Fetal Pole Or Heartbeat?

I am 6th week of pregnancy...I have a yolk sac 2.7mm mean sac 7.6mm cervical length 2.7 cm..but not fetel pole visualised and heart beat also ....what is meaning of good choriodecidual reaction???is that affect the baby???I am really conceived or not??
