What Does A Growth In Anal Opening Indicate?

Hi I have undergone fissure surgery on last September 2014, My skin tag was also removed that time. But still I have fear that it can come again. now I can feel small growth outside my anus, i am really afraid that my fissure is coming back. but I don t have any other problems like itching, blood in stool etc. Will skin tag is a symptom of fissure recurrence? Please help I am really worried about this because I suffered so much with fissure before surgery. Thanks
