What Does A Hard Lumps Under Ribcage Indicate?

I am a 47 year old female with a abnormal shaped hard lump on mid left back side and another under my left ribcage. They do not move when touched or prodded. They are both painful and cause constant lower and mid back pain. I have also been feeling occasional chest tightness as if it is being compressed and occasional sharp chest pain.
