What Does A Heavy And Stiff Sensation On Toes Indicate?
My toes get heavy and stiff with no sensation at night. Why? I had hammer toe and bunion surgeries March and June. I sill have trouble walking. Also, the top of my legs have little strength. Do I get a personal trainer I strengthen my core, go to physical therapy or what?
