What Does A Jelly Like Discharge From The Eyes Indicate?

Hi, so I started rubbing one of my eyes really hard, but then suddenly I felt my eye feel cold. I looked in thw mirror and my left eye was a pink eye, but thenI found out that theres this clear jelly thing under my bottom eyelid!!! I want to get rid of it so what should I do???
