What Does A Lesion On Shoulder Indicate?

I have a sore or lesion on my right shoulder. It has been there for a while and I have treated it with antibiotic ointments and peroxide. It really hasn't caused me any problems except for this morning, it was itching, I reached to scratch and it started bleeding. I would like to send a picture from my cell phone to get an opinion if this looks like a serious issue or if it can wait until a regular dr appointment? Is there a cell phone # I can send a pic to?
