What Does A Lump In Perianal Area Indicate?

I am having small lump at my left perianal area. I have seen rectal surgeon and dermalogist and was diagnosed as perianal hematoma. its the third I m still having pain and burning sensation in the lump and as if it growing larger. I don t see the lump as blue or purple color having any sign as hematoma but the rectal surgeon insisted that its hematoma. It has given no sigh of shrinking from the last three weeks. My life is so discomfort due to it. I m healthy life sytle where I walked about 5 km a day and taking staircase to level 17 daily. I m kind afraid if that could be something else. By the way, can how can I post the picture of the perianal area for better view. Please advise. .
