What Does A Lump On Clitoris Indicate?

Hi, A couple of weeks ago a small lump appeared just to the right of my clitoris. It got bigger over a couple of days was very sore and then disappeared. This morning it has appeared again. I have started exercising the last 3 weeks most days and cycling could this be causing the lumps?
