What Does A Lump On Hand Of A Child Indicate?

Hi doctor, My daughter is 6 yrs old and she is having chalazion for more than 6 monhts now. very recently i have seen a small skin color lump in her hand also, i have shown it to our doctor but she says it all will go its own and nothign to worry about. can you pl. help
