What Does A Lump On Mons Pubis Indicate?

Hi I have a large lump on my Mons pubis slightly on my right. It started off as a small white pimple like thing n abt 4 days back it grew a bit n I burst it. Sum white stuff came out but den da lump increased in size more n more.it pains like hell. I feel sum thing is burning there. If my clothes rub over der it pains more n more. Plz help
