What Does A Lump On Penis Indicate?

I have had a lump on my penis foreskin which looks like a zit but I am not sure. I have squeezed pus out of it and a bit of blood but a red lump is till there I don t know if it could be a ingrowing hair. I ve tried to squeeze the lump more but nothing comes out.
