What Does A Lump On Scrotum Indicate?

Hi, I have what I believe to be a sebaceous cyst on my ball sack. It started out as a small white ish bump on the sack. Today a bigger lump formed underneath. Now, including the lump underneath there is a small black spot on the cyst it s self. I feel no pain and it s tender to the touch.
