What Does A Lump Under Hairline Indicate?

Hi there,

About 2 years ago I found a pea sized lump under my hairline on the left back side of my neck. About a year ago I got an ultrasound done and was told the doctor was " pretty sure " it was a lymph node. The past few weeks I noticed it has enlarged, and there is a new one above the previous one. I also have one behind each ear now. The ones on the back of my neck and very painful, and feels like they are lying ontop of a nerve because when I move my head a certain way I get a pinched nerve feeling. They are all causing massive headaches, and frequently. I'm not sure what they are, but even if they are lymph nodes, they are causing headaches and pinched nerve sensations. Can you help me
