What does a moderate atherosclerotic burden indicate when a CT scan indicates a Coronary Calcium raw score correlates to between the 51st and 75 percentile. It is my understanding that a moderate risk of significant coronary artery disease exists with this ranking. What does "significant" imply in the context of coronary artery disease?
