What Does A Painful Bump On Nipple Indicate?

Hi, um .. My left nipple has this brown scabious pin sized thing and that breast and nipple hurts constantly to the point where I'm crying. Could this be a sign of breast cancer ? I can't do get a test done because I don't have insurance but I really concerned
