What Does A Pea Sized Lump At The Base Of Labia Minora Indicate?

I have a pea sized lump at the base of my right labia minora (near the vaginal opening where you insert a tampon) it is not sore right now and I have only found it yesterday. I have been using Polysporn so far. I have had something similar once and it became very sore and made it so it burned when i had to pee. I am hoping this does not get to that again because it was very painful. Is there anything i can eat or drink or take to help stop or heal this?
