What Does A Pimple Behind Ear Indicate?

I have a pimple behind my ear that s been there about a year. Sonething comes out of it everyday and smells really bad. What is this and what do I need to do? Just got off antibiotics because I had my wisdom teeth pulled thinking it would clear this up behind my ear but didn t.
