What Does A Pink Lump On Labia Indicate?

I have just found a lump on my labia, its pink/redish marble shaped and stings when touched. I've had the same stinging sensation previously and it has gone away, but i've never noticed a lump before. What could it be?

I'm 42, Height 5'9", quite healthy, no kids.
