Hi I am pregnant and the ultrasound report said that I have posterior high lying placenta maturity grade 0 the amniotic fluid is adequate, normohydramnios, 1 single live intrauterine pregnancy breech presentation about 17 weeks what does it mean Is there a chance that I will deliver via C-section??
