Had an utrasound done at it states IMPRESSION: Prominent inhomogeneous endometrium measuring 1.6 cm Septated cyst in the right ovary measuring 3 cm likely representing an involuting hemorrhagic cyst. I am 50 years old and have had heavy and missed periods, wondering what all of this means, my Dr is on vacation for the next week
