What Does A Questionable Density In The Left Upper Lung Field In My X-ray Mean?

Good day,i have a question about may xray last march 25,2024 and the findings are questionable density is seen on the left upper lung field,the heart is not enlarged both costophenic sulci and hemidiaphragms are intact....Impression deferred,alv suggested...thank you
