What Does A Raised Red Boil With Black Center On Buttocks Indicate?

Sir/Ma'am, I'm 14 male 63 kg 1.76m height and have something on my buttocks. It's a raised area of skin that is slightly red and has a black head (not blackhead) on the center, it looks like a boil but the black head makes me want to ask: What in the world is it? Medical History: No serious skin diseases, diabetes or any of that stuff. It hurts slightly when pushed, has been growing for past few days. area around head slightly raised though head more raised than the rest.
