What Does A Red Mark On Arm Indicate?

well im about 5 and a half months pregnant i woke up earlier today with this bright red mark on my arm that almost looks like sun burn but i havnt been out in the sun at all it even burns im just wondering if its something i should be concerned about my feet also always swell up
