What Does A Red Rash On Legs And Stomach Indicate?

I m 23 and I have a red rash look kinda like mesa staff but has little black dot with white round It hard , its on my legs an upper stomach and have had upset stomach with it they grow fast an double in size pus yellowish colour that comes out if you can get it bust what is this an do you have pictures
