What Does A Round Bruise On Neck Indicate?

hi i am 19 years old and have 1 round bruise on both sides of my neck and 1 oval shaped bruise on both sides of under my jaw bones next to the round ones? also have bruises behind both ears? not really bruises but black spots. ive had them for about almost 2 years or have had them for two years. they really have me worried now. also under my skin on the inside of the 2 oval ones i have like swollen lyome nodes
