What Does A Round Itchy Patch On Buttocks Indicate?

It started with a circular dryish very itchy patch on inner buttock now it becomes more and whole left side inner buttok is full of this reddish very small things. nearly looks like my husbands shingles three month ago. What can it be? how can i treat it. Started four weeks ago
