sir, I had an utrascan today, it says a slightly bulky anteverted uterus.there is an intramural myoma nodule of sizes 1.0.x1.0cm and 1.2x1.2cm in the anterior and posterior walls. the cavity is empty,intact and regular. No evidence of intra or extrauterine gestation. No retained product of conception. Ovaries: are normal in size and stromal echoes. Visible primordial follicles are noted. No overian cyst. Adnexa: the salpinges shows nothing remarkable. Nothing in the pouch of douglas.
