What Does A Small Bump On Labia Minora Indicate?

I have a small bump that has grown on my labia minora. It is a small red tinted bump that tends to bleed when irritated. I went to my gyno. (who wasn't sure what it was) and had it removed for biopsy. Everything came back negative (whew). I thought it was gone, but it has since grown back...same location...same size. It recently broke open during sex and bled profusely. I am still not exactly sure what this growth is or if there is a way for it to be treated. Any ideas?
