What Does A Small Bump With Pus On Nose Mean?

I had little bumps on my nose,I broke them and a whitish stuff came out.Then a transparent fluid came out too.I didn't bother, but now there is a black patch and I guess its that fluid dried off....or something else.What is that and how do I get rid of them.
