What Does A Small, Red Ball Below The Clitoris Suggest?

My boyfriend and I had sex the day before yesterday; we usually have sex with him behind me both on our sides cause it s most comfortable being 37 weeks pregnant; since the other day; below my clitoris, more on the inside close to where pee comes from; I have had a round ball or lump that hurts when touched and flexing my stomach; it looks and feels like a small bead; it s red and if It isn t painful I can still feel it uncomfortably; what do you think this is?
