What Does A Stretching Sensation After Haemorrhoids Operation Indicate?

Hi In August last year I had my haemorrhoids operated and after a long recovery I have now what feels like an opening which is too narrow and need to use bowl a softener every day to ensure I don t have problems passing my motions. My concern is that I am too afraid to have any more surgery in that same area and though it is still sometimes uncomfortable to pass motions because of a stretching sensation, it is ok and I think I can live with it. I am not sure though if it is safe to keep taking the Molaxole bowl softener indefinitely. Could you please advise me on this matter. Thank you
